Terms of Trade

• Disclaimer : We want all our customers to be happy with our service.
   

• We will always strive to accommodate this and help wherever we can, resolving problems in the first instance wherever we can.
   

• Our standard warranty on all used machinery is a 30 day return to base warranty.
   

• This means should there be any reasonable return of goods that you the customer are responsible for sending the item back to us.

 

• Reasonable wear and tear, accident or misuse will not be covered by our returns warranty.

 

• All used Items are sold as seen and it is the understanding that as with all used machinery, items are not “new” and will have used machinery traits.

 

• All machines left at our premises for repair or servicing are covered under our company insurance policies. 

 

• All payment must be received in full for goods before they leave our premises or can be delivered and until then remain the property of Marches Machinery. We reserve the right to reposes goods which remain unpaid for.

 

• New tools and machines are often covered by the manufacturer’s warranty , this needs to be activated online and registration is the responsibility of the customer, please read the instructions received with individual items.

 

• As a company we offer NO REFUNDS all sales are final, as a customer you recognise and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund on new purchases under any circumstances. This includes used machines unless otherwise agreed by the company.
